[What's okay to mention around him/her] Anything is fine, almost. As long as your character doesn't know stuff they shouldnt. (Her hair's healing properties, her status as a kidnapee.)

Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Rapunzel's hair can be used in healing potions and can heal on its own, as well. Your character shouldn't know this. But yes. ALSO SHE HAS SEVENTY FEET OF HAIR, but it's in a braid nearly all the time when she's in the castle, at which point it is down ot h
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] No mind-reading, please! Or... Well, maybe. PM me first and ask. Um, no finding out about the hair or the kidnappee thing unless she tells your character. As for hacking strikeouts, I will always specify the details on that within a post, so... Yes.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] I'd generally prefer this not happen to much. I mean, bullying is fine, but really mindscrewing her and stuff, I'd like to avoid.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Um, just don't kill her and we should be fine.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Aha, nothing particularly sexual, but otherwise, go for it. She might freak a little. But go for it.
