I don't want to go home for holiday break. I'd much rather stay at Hogwarts. It's not very fun at home, and mother makes me uncomfortable sometimes.

She says some really mean things, especially to my friends during my birthday. And to me, as well. It doesn't seem like the sort of thing a mother should do.

But she does love me. She's always telling me that. It makes me feel like an awful daughter that I don't want to go home to her, but at the same time, I'm starting to wonder if the trouble isn't with me.

Want to spend the holidays with me? I can, er, write to Mom about it (though I'm sure it'll be okay), and then come up with some way to come get you from your house and steal you away in the dead of night

Wow, that sounded really sort of creepy, but also a little like a fairytale, so I dunno.

But if you don't think that your mom would let you otherwise, and you maybe sort of wanted to spend the holiday with me, then I am totally agreeable to the idea of coming to get you in the middle of the night and we can run away to my house. Yes.

Er. Wow. I wrote a lot more there than I was planning on.

Oh Billy! Billy, yes, I would love to! And it did sound kind of creepy, but nothing you write could ever be that creepy. And I like fairytales. So it's all fine. Besides, it's sort of romantic. And definitely the only way I'd be able to visit you. And I really want to do that. But, I also really don't want you to get in trouble! I don't know what my mother would do to you if she caught you. But it would definitely be bad, and I'd hate for anything bad to happen to you.

Also do you want to be my boyfriend? Because I really want you to be my boyfriend.

I meant steal you away only with your total agreement and accomplicity (which I have just declared a word). And I mean, I'm sure we can plan this out so that we get away scot-free. And then we'll be cities away (I think cities? I'm not exactly sure where you live on holidays), and we'll have all kinds of fun.
